I ordered (2) pairs of Dare To Try (TRIES) in Brown and Black in size 12 and the brown (AAR881*) *** are correct and the Black (ABR881*) *** are the wrong size. I need these to be replaced with the right size.
I did not receive any return information to know what to do to get this problem resolved. I would appreciate if someone would contact me to get this corrected.
I want the black ones just in size 12. Thank you

Non Responsive Company
I emailed them twice and called them once and no response. I simply wanted to get a larger size shoe.
This is ridiculous.
They have no problem taking your money and then flooding you with emails trying to get you to purchase more items, but will not handle a problem. Never again!

I ordered an item November 18th, 2021 from your website pearl feet. The item wasn't delivered. I would like to speak to a customer service representative.

Did not receive shoes!
Ordered two pairs of shoes in July 2021. After emailing them constantly about non-delivery and getting no replies, someone finally wrote back in October saying the shoes were delivered in July!!
Never got the shoes, no way to prove it and got no refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
