I recently purchased a pair of size #10 warming boots, from pearlfeet.com. The shoes felt too tight for me to wear, I then wore them a second time believing they would losen up. That did not happen, because now my toe has become infected, due to wearing the small shoe....

I purchased 6 pairs of a particularly shoe. After numerous assurances from their customer services I received a partial shipment 2 months later and the remainder of the order some 3 weeks after that.

Their tracking is largely uninformative and useless since it is being shipped from China. The shoes met my expectations and have worn well now 3 months later. I do like them. Their customer service may leave much to be desired.

I am satisfied with my purchase.

Hope this helpful. Expect a long delay seems to be par for the course, but they did ultimately deliver.

I emailed them twice and called them once and no response. I simply wanted to get a larger size shoe. This is ridiculous. They have no problem taking your money and then flooding you with emails trying to get you to purchase more items, but will not handle a problem. Never again!

Ordered two pairs of shoes in July 2021. After emailing them constantly about non-delivery and getting no replies, someone finally wrote back in October saying the shoes were delivered in July!! Never got the shoes, no way to prove it and got no refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hello I placed an order awhile ago and I have not received a tracking number? I have a large order but because I am feeling scammed my friend and I will not be ordering from you again! This is now the second email I have sent you with no follow up???? Bad reviews go along way! My mistake was not looking at them before purchasing! I do not have my order number! I expected a follow up email with the order information after I made the purchase! I expect a response or I will be reporting you as a fraudulent company!

Received wrong order

I order two pair of shoes one was a pair of water shoes that I love the other was supposed to be a pair of womens denim platform flip flops what arrived was a cheap looking pair of flip flop sandals which I would never dear to give to my wife for her birthday and I hope you can help me out

Place is a rip-off ordered shoes about 6 months the shoes were damaged and I returned them after to a sales rep and I haven’t heard from them since I guess I out $60
