Hello I placed an order awhile ago and I have not received a tracking number? I have a large order but because I am feeling scammed my friend and I will not be ordering from you again! This is now the second email I have sent you with no follow up???? Bad reviews go along way! My mistake was not looking at them before purchasing! I do not have my order number! I expected a follow up email with the order information after I made the purchase! I expect a response or I will be reporting you as a fraudulent company!

Received wrong order

I order two pair of shoes one was a pair of water shoes that I love the other was supposed to be a pair of womens denim platform flip flops what arrived was a cheap looking pair of flip flop sandals which I would never dear to give to my wife for her birthday and I hope you can help me out

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Took 2 months to arrive only to find they were too small.

When I emailed for information on returning my order they suggested I gift them to someone instead and offered me a 20% discount if I placed another order.

After 2 more months they finally responded with how to return my order:

If you choose to return your package, pack the item securely with the actual packaging and attach a note (indicating your order number, name, and reason).

Out of principal I paid $60 to return my $85 order.

Sent my order back 9.11.2020.

Re: Order #188727 Return Tracking Number CH10732****US via USPS with tracking number for verification.

Feel free to check tracking status on USPS website. Once package reaches China it apparently goes into a black hole for the refund never to be completed.

Place is a rip-off ordered shoes about 6 months the shoes were damaged and I returned them after to a sales rep and I haven’t heard from them since I guess I out $60
