pearlfeet is a scamming company based in China, so be careful. I ordered 2 pair of shoes but never received anything (its been over 4 month). They take advantage of COVID to pretend there are delays but I tracked the package with the info they gave me and couldnt find anything. The tracking number was showing that the USPS was supposed to deliver the package, but after checking with them (phone and in person), they told me the package doesnt exist, they never were delivered anything... I emailed them several times but I receive automatic BS answer (they propose a discount to make up for the delay, but its an automatic answer so you never get the discount and they never give you an update). I after checking the company on multiple website, you will see so many people have been scammed. Dont buy from them, it is definitely a scam.

I ordered from them, expecting delivery. Months later, I started emailing their "customer service" people and eventually got the response to check this website. There was NO information there about actual delivery. A long series of emails to them continued to give me the same response. Eventually, after I started negatively tweeting about them, I was told that the coronavirus was making delivery "slow." My requests for accurate delivery information or a refund result in no progress. They have NOT delivered nor have they even offered a refund. They are not responsive. They have done nothing to actually resolve this problem. They seem disinterested.

Rediculous return service policy

I ordered a pair of Pearlfeet sandals. After waiting over two months for the product to arrive by shipment via oceanliner from China, I found they had shipped size 7, rather than the size 9s that I had ordered. I was not able to wear the sandals. When I contacted PF to have them replace my order for the proper size, I was informed that I would have to ship them back at my expense. I refused to pay to ship back their mistake and told them to ship me the size 9s and provide me with return shipping packaging as well as shipping instructions. That they would not do, but they offered to discount the price of the unwearable sandals by 20%. What a deal! I would never recommend Pearlfeet to anyone.

I ordered a few pairs of shoes from Pearlfeet in May...it took at least three months for any of them to arrive. The last pair to arrive was not what I ordered. They offered me 20% refund to keep them or pay to send them back. I am still in the process of fighting for a full refund or for them to send what I ordered. I will be filing complaints everywhere I can. Recommend you don't waste your time or money with this company!

Made an order in January because of the ads I have seen a lot on different websites and really like the looks of the shoes. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Got one in April. A little tight but useable. Got the second pair in May, but the complete wrong size. Ordered them in 13, they fit my roommate 10 1/2 foot perfectly. Now, almost September and still have not received the third pair, not a refund as request. Also did not know this would ship from China until my credit card was scanned and I got an alert for an overseas transaction. Will never use this company again, and can not recommend them. Ruined me on any future online purchases for footwear.

Pearlfeet is the Worst Company I've Ever Dealt With

Started when I ordered two pairs of shoes. It took six weeks and three emails prior to receiving the shoes. They both were the wrong size. Their customer service department would not send a return address for this reason or that. After 5 emails, pictures of the shoes, packaging etc. I was finally sent an address in China and told I would only receive 20% back on the shoes not counting shipping to China. Their website said 100% return on orders within 15 days of purchase NO QUESTIONS. I started the process on the same day I received the shoes. I passed the shoes on to my son and chalked it up to a bad lesson. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

Product (shoes) were months to arrive and when they did they were the wrong size, then it took weeks for customer service to get back to me after many emails. Not until i told them i would write a bad review then they emailed me back. There sizing is way out about 5 sizes different from what size you are. Still trying to get my money back or even an exchange for the correct size but pearlfeet have not been helpful at all. Stay clear of this company. You will get burnt.I would give no stars if i could.

I ordered the correct size....if it were from the US. Or some other Western country. But you can't even get the corrected size sent to you when you buy anything. Yeah, the shoes are cheap but you'll never get any assistance from the company.....ever again. They offered me 20% of the cost of the shoes, thinking I could be bought off that easily! DON'T DO IT! DON'T BUY FROM PEARLFEET!

I am currently working with my bank on this issue to get my money back. First, Pearlfeet never discloses that they are located in China and merchandise made in China. They give their headquarters as being in UK on the website. They can barely communicate in English and takes a week to hear from them so you can't cancel an order. There is no phone number to contact them either. I was overcharged as the coupon code would not apply, they charged my bank account immediately before shoes were ever shipped. It took over 6 weeks to get the boots and sandals. There is a return address on the shipping label that it was shipped from California but they said if I wanted to return them I would have to return them to China at my own costs for shipping, customs, and tracking. Their suggestion for a resolve was to be kind and give the shoes away to a friend. Very very bad quality of materials, sizing information is wrong, sizes are way too small even when you use the measuring guidelines on their website in order to choose the right size. I ordered a size larger so that my grandson would get more wear out of them but he could barely get his foot in them. "Mens" hiking boots (for my 10 year old grandson) have the word "FASHION" in gold lettering written 5 times on each of the boots but not in the photo of the boots on the website. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS WITH VERY VERY LOW QUALITY MERCHANDISE. In the moment I am out $75. Hopefully my bank will be helpful in doing a charge back. I would give them all zeros on their rating if I could.
